This is an afterthought, I was going to wait and post until I had a photo of the scale. I don’t… but I did bring myself closer to getting out of the 40s over the weekend. I didn’t do anything special. I didn’t walk because of the hot godforsaken weather we have here… I started some Yoga practices and cut my calorie count in half. I aim to be at least 235 by this coming weekend.
Just the loss of a few pounds has caused my back issues to diminish a bit.
Anyway, just a small update … I really didn’t have that much more prepared to write. I will share more after this next weekend.
I do know that the purpose for me posting these updates is to keep me in check and call myself out if I feel like I am going to fail at this.
At some point I’ll post actual body pics to show some transformation, but that would have to be a huge undertaking on my part. 😮
